This standard-size servo has all-metal gears and can deliver the kind of torque usually found in larger or more expensive servos, making it appropriate for compact or low-cost robot mechanisms that require a lot of power.
It measures 41.3 x 20.3 x 38.7 mm (1.63" x 0.80" x 1.52") and weighs 56 g (02.0 oz) without its 30cm (12") lead. The lead is terminated with a standard “JR”-style connector, which is Futaba-compatible.
The servo ships with the hardware shown below.
The servo is intended for operation from 4.8 – 6.0 V, meaning it should be powered with a 4- or 5-cell NiMH battery pack, such as our 4.8V AAA pack or our 6.0V AAA pack.
